How do I know you will provide me with good staff?
We first of all establish what knowledge base and skill set will suit your business requirements, locate the candidates, do referee checking, match candidates to selection criteria and follow up with you to see that the arrangement is working.


Do I get superannuation paid on my behalf?
When your gross wages for any calendar month with one employer exceed the threshold of $450 your employer will pay the equivalent of 9% of your wages into the superannuation fund of your choice, this is the law.

What will be my wage rate?
You will be paid award rates for the type of job you are doing. If you are employed casually your wages will include a casual loading.

How do I know I will get to work in a safe environment?
We only place our labour hire staff into work environments that have been assessed as safe.

How do I get paid?
You fill out a timesheet that we will provide, it will be signed by your worksite supervisor, it will be sent to us, we will process it and your pay will be deposited into your nominated bank account.
